Here’s another risotto version we loved. Just use the Basic Instant Pot Risotto recipe. For this recipe we will substitute Ribiola for the Parmigiano!
- 100 gr Robiola cheese
- 50 g Arugula chopped
- 60 g Thinly sliced strips of bresaola
- Add the Bresaolo into the basic recipe for Instant Pot Risotto
- When the Instant Pot is finished, add Robiolina and rucola to the risotto and serve
