Here’s another risotto version we loved. Just use the Basic Instant Pot Risotto recipe. For this recipe we will substitute Ribiola for the Parmigiano!

Additional Ingredients

• 100 gr Robiola cheese
• 50 g Arugula chopped
• 60 g Thinly sliced strips of bresaola

Steps

• Add the Bresaolo into the basic recipe for Instant Pot Risotto
• When the Instant Pot is finished, add Robiolina and rucola to the risotto and serve
