In the States, zucchini blossoms were so difficult to find, or when I did find them they were so expensive, that I was known to garden zucchini plants SOLELY for their blossoms – hehe.

Here they are very accessible in the market.  I got a huge paper bag of them for about a buck.  So I made my favorite fried zucchini blossom recipe.
